Rhyno Tech LLC. offers a patent pending Internal Drop System for lift stations and manholes with force mains. What sets this system apart is the capability of sealing itself to the incoming pipe protruding from the substrate and also sealing itself to the interior wall of the structure. It does this with EPDM rubber gaskets on the clamp system and the mounting surface on the main body. This system is designed to keep sewer water in and not allow splashing onto the walls of the structure, which is crucial when applying any kind of protective coating system to the substrate.
The curve in the front will divert the water down into the vertical pipe. It will come optional with a hingable lid to further seal the system against the most extreme gpm. This also will drastically keep gasses like H2S down to a minimum.
With the clamp system and hood, the installer can easily slip the main body over the protruding pipe and quickly snug the clamp on with two bolts. This will make installing on an active high flowing pipe much easier and feasible. Once tightened down to pipe there are two mounting tabs pre drilled and ready to be anchored into the substrate. After that, simply attach pipe with the bell, fernco, or pipe coupling and secure piping with standard stainless brackets.
The versatility of this internal drop system is unlimited! It can be made to accommodate any size or material of piping from 4” clear up to 24”. For the structures with pipes flush with the wall, it can be mounted without the top clamp, or there will be an adapter plate available to be anchored to the wall.
Every hooded drop body is fully TIG welded and fabricated out of heavy gauge 316 stainless steel (marine grade). We are a family owned and operated business in Indiana! This will be the first of several products offered by RHYNO TECH LLC.
